   Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

   Recruiting communications may include telephone calls, automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voices, and AI-assisted recruiting agents when you have provided the applicable consent.

   AI-assisted recruiting agents may collect application information, ask preliminary qualification questions, provide basic position details and schedule follow-up communications.

   Calls may be monitored or recorded for recruiting, training, documentation and quality-assurance purposes where permitted by law. When legally required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before recording.

7. Your Choices and Contact Information

   You may contact us to update your contact information or request another available communication method.

   If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please notify Hire Impact promptly.

   You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. You may also use other reasonable words indicating a request to stop, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or OPT OUT.

8. Third-Party Services

   Prospective employers and third-party recruiting, application-processing and background-screening services may maintain their own privacy policies. Review those policies when you provide information directly to those organizations.
